tips&tricks for winter hair!

PDF

In the winter my hair always seems to get split ends more, and dried out.

I make sure to when I wash my hair to keep the conditioner in my hair a little longer than usual.

I also buy shampoo that is made to help dry, damaged hair.

I also try to use less heat tools on it because it seems to be worse on my hair in the winter also.

To help make your hair shiny, soft, and heal some of your split ends, try rubbing olive oil into all your hair, then wrap it up in a towel and leave it in for a few hours.

The GOOD and BAD news about this trick.

It really does wonders to my hair, but it's a pain to get out!

use LOTS of shampoo!

The oil just helps hair that isn't split yet. Just trim off alll split ends! Easy tip to healthier hair. :D Your hair may still be a little frizzy, but if you keep using olive oil on your hair, and conditioning and use heat protectant, while it grows out healthier and with regular trims it'll be MUCH better. You sadly can't heal split ends, so cutting them off is a much cheaper and more permanent fix. (My hair is SOO damaged! So every week I just check quickly for split ends and get my friend's when I'm at her house.)

the best way to get out the shampoo is to NOT add water first thing when cleaning out the oil, Oil and water DO NOT mix

this treatment is also known as " hot oil treatment" and is mainly based for dry, dandruffy itchy scalps, Conditioner is more for hair, A deep conditioner like "Aussie 3 minute mirricle" is also good, Add heat with oil or conditioner as the cuticul in the hair will soak up any and most mousiter

This treatment isnt a perinant fix for soft hair, It wont last forver :)
