SO here it is!
Here are a few more tips on how to get a flat tummy
1. In order to get abs, you have to lose fat first.
You can start that by eating healthier, walking, and dancing!
Turn on your favorite song and dance wild and crazy to it! Make a playlist
of about five songs to do this to. Do this about five times a week. Have friends do it with you even. working out is always better with a friend.
2. Drink LOTS of water! Cut way down on soft drinks. Try to drink tea or juice if you
can't drink just plain water.
3.Sit up straight. You will be able to feel the difference in your muscles when you do.
Practice sitting up straight while you're riding in the car, or watching TV.
4. Eat smaller meals throughout the day instead of a couple big meals that will just
make you have a "food baby".

This workout may not be right for everyone, but it works for me.
