I'm 18 years young. My birthday is July 12th and I LOOOVE getting cards *hint hint* O.o hehehe! That day is rightfully mine, I've claimed it....! But I share it with some people!!
I've lived my whole life in Kentucky, but I was born in Cincinnati Ohio.. I moved to a super small town in the country. It was really hard to get used to at first, but I'm in heaven now :) I'm not afraid to get dirty! Lol Mud fights are the bees knees and give you fun stories to tell when you're in a convo with someone and there's an awkward silence! bahaha!

I've had SOOO many people ask for this video!

SO here it is!

Here are a few more tips on how to get a flat tummy

 

1. In order to get abs, you have to lose fat first.

You can start that by eating healthier, walking, and dancing!

Turn on your favorite song and dance wild and crazy to it! Make a playlist

of about five songs to do this to. Do this about five times a week. Have friends do it with you even. working out is always better with a friend.

 

 

2. Drink LOTS of water! Cut way down on soft drinks. Try to drink tea or juice if you

can't drink just plain water.

 

3.Sit up straight. You will be able to feel the difference in your muscles when you do.

Practice sitting up straight while you're riding in the car, or watching TV.

 

4. Eat smaller meals throughout the day instead of a couple big meals that will just

make you have a "food baby".

 

This workout may not be right for everyone, but it works for me.
